Thank you for shopping with Hanaru. We are committed to delivering your eco-friendly reusable pads as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (India): ₹50–₹100 depending on location. Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days.
- Express Shipping (India): ₹150–₹200. Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order through our courier partner's website.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand our delivery network soon.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at techopnr@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
